I will be off soon on Friday. Starting to pack. Running around like a squirrel. Lots of long flights ahead and airports & passport. & itineraries. Bangkok ahead then quiet meditative retreat to learn to be a yoga teacher yet another step in the process of growth. I will be posting when I can. Much of my focus will be on healing.
